Gmail communications keep on providing new and latest facilities day by day. The video calls, voice calls and the phone calls are the best examples. The latest and most recent flair by the Gmail communication is the multiple phone calls.
This new facility was recently announced in the official Gmail blog. We can now use the multiple call facility by putting the other Gmail phone call on hold. The only thing is that Gmail has not yet provided any music for hold.
Not just this, with this new flair we also receive the notification if call waiting. That is if we are on some call on Gmail, and some other person is calling us we will receive the notification of an incoming call. As every good thing comes with some limitations, so is the multiple call facility from Gmail. The limitation in this facility is that we cannot make two outgoing calls on one physical phone simultaneously.
Let’s have a look on….
HOW TO: Make Multiple Calls on Gmail
Instructions:
• Click “Call Phone” in your Gmail inbox page. A small window with the dial pad will pop up.

• If you are on a call on Gmail and someone else calls you, you will receive a notification of an incoming call. You can reject or accept the second call coming on your ID. If you receive the second call, the first call will automatically put on hold. You can also make another call while being on a call.

• If you want to make another call, you just have to click the “Call phone” button again and a new small dial pad will pop up and you can dial another number putting the first call on hold. You can also resume to the first call whenever you want just by clicking the “Resume” button.
The calling facility of Gmail was always one of the best features of Gmail, and now we can connect to our friends, relatives and colleagues by multiple calls facility on Gmail.
